Food Truck Expressions of Interest

Applications Close: Monday, 17 August 2026

Event Date: Saturday, 5 December 2026

Location: Garretty Road, Caroline Springs

Setup Time: All food trucks must be in position on site by 4 pm

Event begins: 5 pm sharp

Event concludes: 9:45 pm

Participation Fee: $850 +GST: ($85) = $935

An invoice will be issued upon acceptance of your application and payment will be due within 14 days of the invoice. Your participation will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Should the event be cancelled due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued.

What You’ll Need to Register as a Food Truck Operator

Please have the following documents ready to upload when completing your application:

  • Current Business Registration

  • Food Trader Authorisation

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • VicRoads Vehicle Registration (of your food truck)

⚠️ Kindly Note: This application is exclusively for self-contained food trucks.

We are unable to accommodate marquee stalls, market stalls, or vendors requiring external kitchen setups.
