Food Truck Expressions of Interest Now Open!
We're now taking expressions of interest from food truck operators to be part of this year’s Caroline Springs Carols by Candlelight — a festive community celebration that draws thousands of attendees each year!
If you operate a mobile food truck and have a passion for serving delicious food and being part of a vibrant local event, we'd love to hear from you!
Registration Closes: Monday, 17 August 2026
Event Date: Saturday, 5 December 2026
Location: Garretty Road, Caroline Springs
Setup Time: All food trucks must be in place by 4:00pm
Event begins: 5:00pm sharp
Event concludes: 9:45 pm
Participation Fee: $850 +GST: ($85) = $935
An invoice will be issued upon acceptance of your registration and payment will be due by Tuesday 1 September. Your participation will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Should the event be cancelled due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued.
What You’ll Need to Register as a Food Truck Operator

Food Trader Authorisation
Public Liability Insurance
VicRoads Vehicle Registration (of your food truck)
⚠️ Kindly Note: This application is exclusively for self-contained food trucks. We are unable to accommodate marquee stalls, market stalls, or vendors requiring external kitchen setups
for this specific area.

Showcase Your Business at One of Melton's Largest Community Events
Caroline Springs Carols by Candlelight (CS Carols) has grown to become one of the largest community events in the City of Melton. In 2025, Victoria Police estimated attendance at approximately 8,000 people.
This much-loved family-friendly event brings our community together each Christmas and provides local businesses with a unique opportunity to increase their visibility while supporting a significant community celebration.
We are now seeking local business sponsors for the 2026 event.

Come down to the CS Lake Reserve (near the Children’s Playground) from 5 pm to enjoy a BBQ or Food Truck dinner. Buy some popcorn and fairy floss and watch the fun family Christmas movie commencing at 6pm, before the CS Carols program kicks off at 8pm!

It's been a difficult year for so many local families because of cost of living pressures, many any are struggling to put food on the table, keep a roof over their heads or have any kind of Christmas.
Your generous donation today will help us to provide a Christmas hamper to a local family in need. In collaboration with local schools, INCommunity Care identifies families in need of assistance.

INChurch Melbourne is honoured to host this year's annual carols event again for the 11th year & is passionate about the wellbeing of the community of Caroline Springs & surrounds!
INChurch would love to invite you to their weekly Sunday Service & Kids Church at 9:30am meeting at Burnside Community Centre 23 Lexington Drive Burnside.
INChurch Melbourne also runs a fantastic youth group weekly during school terms. Meeting Friday 7pm - 9pm at the INChurch Hub - Unit 6/32 Rockfield Wy, Ravenhall VIC.
